Is this right for you?
You may be comfortable exercising on your own but unsure how to put a program together. Or you may find that having someone review your week helps you follow through. Online coaching provides that ongoing structure without needing to meet for every workout.
We discuss your goals, experience, schedule, and available equipment before planning the work. You follow the workouts on your own and bring back what went well, what was difficult, and what needs explaining. If you want a trainer beside you during each exercise, our in-person options may suit you better.
The support you get
Your training has a planned direction. We take your starting point and available equipment into account so you know what you’re working on between check-ins.
Meal plans are included alongside the workouts. We’ll discuss what this part of the coaching involves during your consultation so you understand the support before deciding.
A weekly call gives us time to review how training is going and discuss the next steps. You can also send questions between calls rather than saving everything for the next conversation.
Getting started
There’s time to ask questions before deciding whether to continue.
Tell us where you train, what equipment you use, your experience, and what you want help with.
We’ll explain the program, weekly calls, and how to ask questions between them. The free consultation includes a conversation and a workout; contact us to discuss the arrangements.
Complete the planned workouts independently. Use the weekly call to discuss progress, difficulties, and any changes needed.
The practical details
Online coaching doesn’t include live supervision of your actual workouts. You’ll need a place where you can follow the program and a schedule for the weekly call. We’ll discuss your setup and whether this level of support suits you before you commit.
Ask about online coaching ↗Before you book
No. You complete the workouts independently. The weekly call is for reviewing progress, discussing questions, and planning what comes next.
Tell us what equipment and space you have. We can discuss whether a program using that setup is practical; calisthenics can make use of minimal equipment.
Ask questions between calls or bring them to your weekly check-in. If you need supervision while exercising, discuss one-on-one training with us before choosing online coaching.
Book a free consultation to discuss your goals and the coaching. We’ll explain the options and prices before you decide whether to continue.
