Is this right for you?

A shared session, with attention for each person.

If you and a friend keep talking about training together, a planned session gives you a place to start. Kyzen handles the program and coaching, so you can focus on doing the work together.

  • You have a friend or group who would like to train together.
  • Your goals are similar enough to follow a shared training approach.
  • You want coaching and a regular session, with company alongside you.

Small-group training follows the same planned approach as one-on-one coaching. The group matters when designing the sessions: goals should be roughly aligned, and the workout needs to leave enough time for each person to receive attention. We’ll talk through whether your group is a good fit before you book ongoing sessions.

The support you get

What’s included

A plan for the group

We plan each workout as part of a longer-term program, taking the group’s goals and starting points into account. You don’t have to organize a routine yourselves.

Individual coaching

Training together still includes explanations and form feedback. Everyone should be able to ask questions and understand the exercises they’re doing.

Progress over time

We track the workouts and use that information to plan future sessions. The aim is to keep the work useful for each person as the group develops.

Getting started

Here’s how it works.

There’s time to ask questions before deciding whether to continue.

  1. Tell us about your group

Let us know who wants to train, your experience levels, and what each person hopes to work on.

  2. Discuss the practical details

We’ll talk through a location, equipment, and a schedule that works for the group, along with how the sessions will be structured.

  3. Try the coaching before continuing

The free consultation includes a conversation and a workout. We’ll then explain options and prices so you can decide together.

Choose a place that works for the group.

Before you book

Questions about small-group training.

How many people make a small group?

Small-group training is for two or more people. Contact Kyzen with your group size so we can discuss the space, goals, and individual attention needed.

Do we need the same experience level?

The important starting point is roughly similar goals. Tell us about everyone’s experience so we can discuss whether a shared session makes sense.

Can I join without a group?

Contact us to discuss your situation. We can talk through the training options, but we don’t advertise a standing timetable of open group classes.

How much does group training cost?

We’ll discuss the group, session structure, and prices before you decide to continue. Send us the number of people and where you’d like to train when you get in touch.
